Julieanne E. Steinbacher has been the President of The Million Dollar Solution since 2002. She is founding shareholder of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, an elder care and special needs planning law firm. She is also the founder of the National Alliance of Attorneys for Alzheimer’s Planning, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping attorneys stay at the forefront of elder law and estate planning with a focus on Alzheimer’s and dementia. Julieanne is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. She has a “Superb” AVVO Rating for attorneys and has received numerous awards, including several from the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Julieanne has lectured extensively for Pennsylvania State University Tax Institutes and Tax Week, PICPA-Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Tax Practitioners-PA Chapter, Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants, Elder Law Institute, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Bar Association Annual Meeting, Back to Basics, Tax Pro Seminars, and the University of Illinois. She is a two-time selected TEDx speaker on planning for Alzheimer’s and dementia and their devastating effects on individuals and communities.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Julieanne was employed by AARP and as a geriatric social worker at Valley View Nursing Facility. As a gerontologist and former social worker, she has seen the devastating effect a lack of planning for long-term care needs can have. As an attorney, her goal is to provide a bridge between legal services and the aging network. In 2008, she developed The Elder & Special Needs Resource Center in Williamsport, which hosts frequent public seminars about issues affecting those who are aging. She has co-authored The Pennsylvania Trust Guide (Editions I and II), The Pennsylvania Special Needs Planning Guide, several books in a Protect Your Family series and Help More People & Make More Money.

Julieanne resides in Jersey Shore with her husband Donald, their three children, Cortney, Stephanie, and DJ, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and diving into a good book.
Bill Hammond
Founder and President, KC Elder Law
Bill is the founder and President of KC Elder Law. Since its inception in 1996, Bill has helped thousands of Kansas and Missouri families in areas such as Medicaid qualification and planning, estate planning, and finding appropriate care facilities for their loved ones.

Bill's journey into elder law began when his mother-in-law faced life-changing injuries requiring full-time care, and he was unable to find adequate resources to assist with planning for her future.

Through the years, Bill has worked with his colleagues to build a practice that addresses the challenges and questions his family faced, with co-workers that share a common bond: the passion for helping seniors with the challenges that many older Americans face.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Notre Dame Law School. He is licensed Kansas and Missouri, and is an author and lecturer. He is co-author of The Kansas and Missouri Nursing Home Guide and The Alzheimer's Legal Survival Guide. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He and his wife, Mary, live in Olathe, Kansas and enjoy spending time with their five grown children, Danny, Katie, Laura, Matt and Molly, their spouses, and their grandchildren.

Julie Shore has spent the majority of her career focused on building, managing and implementing employee infrastructure and processes for her clients as well as recruiting, coaching and developing employees to maximize their contributions. Julie earned her Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Since 2013, Julie has been s a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), and has been a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant since 2016. Julie is also a national member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Julie began her career at PHICO as a compensation analyst and then moved into various roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Julie’s strong foundation in Human Resources Management has enabled her to easily partner with leaders and organizations to hire, build and develop teams and individuals with ideal synergy. Julie also owned a Human Resources consulting and career coaching business where she focused on serving small businesses.

Julie has facilitated numerous workshops and training sessions around the country for various audiences on national stages in Las Vegas, Kansas City, Nashville, Orlando, and San Diego to name a few. Julie has also volunteered her time at the Carlisle Barracks facilitating workshops on personal branding for transitioning military in Pennsylvania and various workshops for Dress for Success / Suits to Careers.

Jenna L. Franks is an Attorney at Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Florida. Jenna graduated from Penn State in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Crime, Law and Justice, and with a minor in History. After graduating from Penn State, Jenna moved to Florida and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Jenna was a member of the Steven R. Booher American Inns of Court, Broward County Bar Association, Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, and the National Transactional LawMeet competition.

Jenna worked as a paralegal at a Social Security and veterans’ disability law firm throughout law school. She also clerked for firms concentrating in litigation. In June 2017, Jenna joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak and moved back to Pennsylvania to be with family. Her focus is primarily on estate planning, long-term care planning, and guardianships.

Jenna resides in Bellwood, PA, with her husband, Josh, and their daughter, Ava. In her free time, Jenna loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys swimming, running, kayaking, board games, puzzles, and reading.
Kristin Daugherty
Long-Term Care Planner, Steinbacher, Goodall, & Yurchak
Kristin graduated from Lycoming College in 2005 with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology and anthropology, and with a minor in psychology. She joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak as a long-term care planner in 2011. Prior to joining the law firm, Kristin worked for the STEP, Office of Aging for five years as a case manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Aging Waiver program. Kristin was trained through the Pennsylvania Institute of Protective Services to perform Older Adult Protective Services for individuals at high risk for abuse and neglect. 

As a long-term care planner, Kristin works closely with the firm’s attorneys to provide their clients a range of services, including counseling and guidance on the selection of long-term care options; assistance qualifying for programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Veterans benefits; care management services; and planning before of the point of need to ensure clients’ assets are protected in the event there is a need for future long-term care. Kristin is part of the long-term care planning team and the wealth protection planning team.
Sam Wolfe

Samantha graduated in 2004 from Penn State University with a B.A. in journalism and a minor in nutrition. In 2008, she earned her juris doctor from Regent University School of Law. While attending law school, Samantha was a managing editor for the Regent Journal of International Law and a student volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. After graduating from law school, she attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and earned her LL.M. in Taxation. Samantha joined Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak in Williamsport, Pennsylvania in 2010. From 2010 until September 2017, she was the head of the wealth protection planning department of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak.

Despite loving her job in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Samantha wanted to be closer to her family, so in October 2017, she returned to Franklin County to practice at Maxwell Sipe Law Offices, LLC. Samantha had interned for Tucker Maxwell for two summers during law school.

When Maxwell Sipe Law Offices, LLC dissolved, Samantha began practicing as a solo practitioner and created The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe in July 2020.
